A few things before the 26th

Final pricing, a headcount deadline, how refunds work, class shirts, and what to wear. Everything else, including how to pay, is still on the main reunion page.

Prices are final

$100 for grads, $75 for guests. The drink package is still $15 for two drinks. We moved into the last pricing window on September 5, so this is where it stays through the door on Saturday.

Unless this is news to you

The tiers were there to reward buying early, not to punish anybody the word never reached, and it clearly did not reach everybody. We have heard from classmates this month who had no idea this was happening at all.

So, on the honor system: if this is the first time you are seeing any of it, pay the early bird rate. $75 for grads, $50 for guests. Just put "just found out" in the payment note.

If you knew and were waiting, please pay the current rate. We are not going to check either one.

Please buy by Monday, September 21

That is the day we hand the final headcount to Line Creek and the food gets ordered. After that we will still happily take your money at the door, cash or check, same price. But the food is ordered off Monday's number, so buying before then genuinely helps.

Refunds

We are a volunteer committee, not a ticketing company, and the room is already paid for on terms that do not come back to us. So:

• We can do refunds for half the ticket cost if something comes up. There's several sunk costs that we've already had to cover.
• After the 21st we cannot refund, because by then your ticket is food that has been counted and paid for.
• Tickets transfer any time, including at the door. Send us the name and we will swap it on the list.

If something falls apart at the last minute, reach out anyway. We would rather hear from you.

Do not let money keep you home

We have scholarship funds set aside for exactly this, put in by classmates so that a ticket price would not be the reason somebody missed it.

Class shirts

Pete Seow is printing class shirts for us. If you have a ticket, watch your email, because a note about sizes and designs is going out shortly and the shop needs the order a week ahead.

Deadline for T-shirt sizes is Friday, Sept 18th. So if you purchase a ticket after that date, you'll still get a shirt, but may not have it in time for the reunion.

If you are not able to make the reunion, you can still get one. $25 a shirt, same designs, through easydidit.com. We will be handing them out and wearing them together at the homecoming game Friday night, so go ahead and order either way.

What to wear

There is no dress code and nobody is getting turned away, but people keep asking, so: nice casual. What you would wear to a good dinner out, not to a wedding. Some folks will be in a button-down or a dress, some in jeans and boots, and both will look right.

Two practical notes. The Bus Barn is covered with concrete floors, so thin heels will be a long night. And late September here is warm at six and cool by ten, so bring a layer if you run cold. Friday at the game is jeans, a jacket, and red if you have got it.
